Hi!  Boy, are we glad you opened the door.

This is the newly covered couch Mom fixed up for us.  We boy doggies took turns peeing on the old one.  Mom was pretty disgusted with our bad habits and we promised

not to do it again.  Mom covered the couch and matching chair with water proof material used to make gym bags.  This way, if we get wet playing outside on a rainy day, we

won't hurt anything.  To give our little green house a country look, Mom added hand quilted pillows for us to nap on.  "We take naps every day, ya know and we like soft places to sleep".

The drapes are decorated with a chicken and hen design.  No, that's not one of us sitting on the end table.  That is obviously a statue of a Miniature Schnauzer, silly.

The picture to the right, is a picture of the matching chair Mom upholstered for us.  Isn't Mom the bestest person?  We all think so.  And we give her lots of licks and love every day.

This is the added deck Mom put on the front of our doggie house.  It's so nice to take in some rays with our legs stretched out way in back of us.  Sometimes we look flat as

a pancake!  Notice the white lounge chair?  Well, I got into it with Cooper and Scout about who got to sun on it first.  Guess who won?  Wrong.  Mom did.  She kicked us all

off and laid down on it.  So we all jumped on top of her.  It was soooooooooooo much fun.

We exercise in our big yard.  It's lots of fun to play chase in the grass and snow.

This is Maxi, Hillary and Tux just in from a wonderful breeder in New York.  They are looking a little curious and perplexed.  That will soon be taken care of when they get to know us better..

A PET'S TEN COMMANDMENTS . . .

Remember that they can't do a lot of things for themselves and that they
depend on you to make their life a quality life!
A PET'S TEN COMMANDMENTS . . .

1. My life is likely to last 10-15 years. Any separation from you is
likely to be painful
2. Give me time to understand what you want of me.
3. Place your trust in me. It is crucial for my well-being.
4. Don't be angry with me for long and don't lock me up as punishment.
You have your work, your friends, your entertainment, but I have only
you.
5. Talk to me. Even if I don't understand your words, I do understand
your voice when speaking to me.
6. Be aware that however you treat me, I will never forget it.
7. Before you hit me, before you strike me, remember that I could hurt
you, and yet, I choose not to bite you.
8. Before you scold me for being lazy or uncooperative, ask yourself if
something might be bothering me. Perhaps I'm not getting the right food,
I have been in the sun too long, or my heart might be getting old or
weak.
9. Please take care of me when I grow old. You too, will grow old.
10. On the ultimate difficult journey, go with me please. Never say you
can't bear to watch. Don't make me face this alone. Everything is easier
for me if you are there, because I love you so.
~Take a moment today to thank God for your pets. Enjoy and take good
care of them. Life would be a much duller, less joyful experience
without God's critters.
~Now please pass this on to other pet owners. We do not have to wait for
Heaven, to be surrounded by hope, love, and joyfulness. It is here on
earth and has four legs!
